Return and Refund Policy — The Perfect Setup

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, we offer easy and transparent return or exchange options.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided that the product:

  • It has not been used or installed.

  • It is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • Include all accessories, cables and manuals.

🔁 Changes

If you want to exchange a product (for example, for a different length or color), you can also do so through the same returns portal.
Changes will be processed once the original article has been received and reviewed.

💸 Refunds

Once the return is approved, we will issue the refund using the original payment method within 5-10 business days .
In special cases, we can also offer a voucher or store credit .

⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error by The Perfect Setup (defective, incorrect, or damaged product).

❌ Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Used or installed products.

  • Items on clearance or with special discounts.

  • Gift cards or promotional codes.

🧠 Defective or damaged product?

If your product arrived damaged or is not working properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the problem:
