We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided that the product:

  • It has not been used or installed.

  • It is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • Include all accessories, cables and manuals.

If you want to exchange a product (for example, for a different length or color), you can also do so through the same returns portal.
Changes will be processed once the original article has been received and reviewed.

Once the return is approved, we will issue the refund using the original payment method within 5-10 business days .
In special cases, we can also offer a voucher or store credit .

⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error by The Perfect Setup (defective, incorrect, or damaged product).


❌ Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Used or installed products.

  • Items on clearance or with special discounts.

  • Gift cards or promotional codes.
